An employee came out to the entrance as soon as I got inside and took my information then took me inside and found me in the computer and set me up for the recall appointment then I was directed to the waiting area and told to help myself to the complimentary food and drink and told a tech would come out to speak with me when the car was ready which took place and I was advised I needed rear brakes and shocks and then I was on my way.
Great experience from the time I arrived to the moment I drove off with my new 2026 Ridgeline. The staff was very professional and courteous. No pressure and no numbers game. Just the way it should be. Made my decision easy.

I went to Grappone Honda to have my car serviced today and found the staff to be efficient and courteous.
I went in for the 25k mile service. They called and told me it wasn’t necessary to replace cabin filter because I had the previous summer. I wouldn’t have known the difference and it saved time and money.
My car needed a minor adjustment on the dashboard information. Grappone got me in for an appointment on the same day I called. They told me it would take an hour - it took 15 minutes! Couldn’t have been better!

Grappone Honda: Nice folks. $1k for 130-150k service. Loaner was a $45 rental. Wished I had known prior. Otherwise, pleased.

I had very good service today, everthing was done in a timely fashion. They did a recall service plus oil change a d inspection and found a couple of things that need doing and were able to get them done in the time aloted

I get a lot of oil changes. And most of the time I use you guys. Today I went in for a regular oil change and came out all being free because of how many times I do go to get said oil changes.
