Grappone is amazing - The woman i worked with, Shirley Avellino-Enriquez, was extremely helpful, she stayed late and helped push the sale through. i was able to complete the entire process in 2 hours which is the fastest I've ever dealt with a dealership. She was able to make suggestions and did not push anything on me. It was the easiest and happiest experience I've ever had at a dealership.

Shirley is an invaluable advocate for you - Shirley was fantastic. She was very informative, never pushy, and most importantly listened to what my concerns were. My local Honda dealer is in Lebanon and after being 'mansplained to' and dismissed to instead speak with my husband (whom could care less about cars and defers to me), I am completely pleased with my decision to stop in to Grappone Honda yesterday and see if I could get better customer service. Shirley was beyond friendly and welcoming, all my questions and concerns were listened to, and I felt that Shirley acted as an advocate for us instead of just trying to 'get the sale'. It also did not go unnoticed that the assessor of my trade in and the financial paperwork handler were also women.
