An excellent, no-pressure experience - Recently, while searching for a new car to replace my Subaru Forester, I decided to check out the Mazda CX-6. I wandered on to the Grappone lot and, by mistake, parked in the Hyundai area. A friendly salesman came out and introduced himself, and I explained what I was looking for. He ended up patiently walking me over to the Mazda dealership and introduced me to Rob Cummings. I explained to Rob that, in all honesty, I had pretty much already decided on an Acura RDX, but that I wanted to drive one_more_car just to be sure, and had chosen the Mazda as a final possibility. Unfazed, Rob explained the Grappone philosophy, grabbed some keys, and we headed out. Back at the lot we talked about the Mazda, then Rob suggested perhaps I look at the new Honda CR-V. I’d had a bad CR-V in the past and winced at the idea, but he extolled the virtues of the new model and we headed across the street for a look. There we talked with a very friendly saleswoman (whose name I forget, sorry!) and I was genuinely intrigued. And so I drove the new CR-V, and I was amazed! I left to go home to think about it, without any pressure whatsoever (I was very impressed with that!). A couple days later I came back to re-drive the Honda with Rob; he’s well-qualified to sell Hondas as well as Mazdas, Fords, and more. After another long test drive I asked to take one more shorter drive to check out wind noise: no problem. Returning to the dealership we then had my Subaru evaluated, ran numbers, and leisurely wandered around the lot as I endlessly debated color combinations. Spying a used BMW X-3, I impulsively asked to take a look at it, and Rob patiently obliged. Honestly, I think Rob’s middle name must be “Patience”...LOL. We finally came back inside and Rob (with yet again a no-pressure air) asked if I wanted to sign off on a CR-V. Still indecisive, I said I’d have to drive the RDX one more time and let him know. With nothing but pleasantness he encouraged me to do so, and I headed off. Long story short, I ended up buying the Acura, but only because I enjoyed driving it more than the CR-V. Shortly afterward I emailed the several dealerships that I’d been working with to let them know that I was now off the market, so to speak, and received an unexpectedly snippy response from one of them. But, when I emailed Rob, I got “I'm just happy you got into a car that you love, its the biggest thing to anyone here....It’s truly an amazing vehicle.” That was a truly classy reply! Everyone at Grappone was simply great...from the initial salesman that walked me across the lot, to the Honda saleswoman who was so funny and informative, to Hannah the Mazda receptionist who nearly agonized when Rob was tied up with another customer, and finally to Rob himself. He’s a great guy to deal with! I didn’t buy a vehicle here this time, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so in the future.

Grappone found and fixed the problem. - Made an appointment at Grappone, where I bought the car, to fix the alignment. I bought tires at another business and went back twice to have them redo the alignment and it still wasn't corrected. The Grappone Service technician found that the tires hadn't been balanced and one was defective. The technician at the desk documented everything so that I could ask the other business to replace the defective tire and be reimbursement for two alignment. He offered free balance after the new tire was put on.

Excellent service at Grappone Honda - Pleasant and courteous people. Also answered questions about my warranty for me. My factory warranty has expired but also had purchased an extra one at time of purchase and had questions.

Pain - The people are always there to help. The waiting area is always clean and my car is always clean when I get it back.

Great Service Experience Always - My experience with Dan Girard is ALWAYS great!!!! He keeps me coming back, he is trustworthy and very thorough. My car rides even better than before.

After pulling in for a service which I was not scheduled for Honda, but for Ford/Mazda dealership. Service provider help me by putting my in for that service then. I received car back in the allotted time,but found out tech forgot to fill washer fluid (who new).

Honda servicing Honda Accord - Was extremely happy that Ray was able to get me in, I was scheduled for Ford/Mazda service. Since I bought it at Honda that is we're I need to get it serviced. I did have to go back the next day, service tech forgot to add window washer fluid.
